Visit USA (Australia) Organisation is a voluntary body that promotes travel to the United States of America. It is funded by individual members from the Australian Travel Trade as well as from associate members in the USA. The Board Members of the organisation work vigorously to promote the US as a desirable destination of choice.

This work supports the Australian Travel Trade members of the Organisation who proactively promote US destinations and products through a variety of marketing and promotional tactics.

As a trade focussed organisation, we provide a series of trade only expo’s on the East Coast of Australia in February and a range of regional events throughout the year. Recently, we set a record for the largest contingent of suppliers at our expos with over 70 exhibitors and around 1000 qualified travel agents in attendance. Together with our networking events for members and market updates, the team is busy year-round providing support and insights to our partners, members and the travel trade.

The Visit USA executive team participate in the annual IPW International inbound travel trade show as a means to recruit new associate members to the organisation and to network with our existing member base. IPW participation is critical in the ongoing support of the US for the Australian market. IPW attracts over 1300 exhibitors, over 6000 attendees including 1300 International and domestic travel buyers and 500 journalists from more than 70 countries. Australia continues to see a growing contingent from our market, primarily supported by the Visit USA organisation.
