Apply to Join ASTW

Thank you for applying to join the ASTW. To apply for membership, you need to submit an Application Form (below).

Once your application is received, it will be reviewed by members, to ensure you meet the criteria for membership. On acceptance, you will receive a welcome email, ASTW info pack,  access to the members only area of the ASTW website, access to benefits and the ASTW closed Facebook Page. Membership application takes up to 60-90 days for approval depending on committee meeting dates. 1. Sponsors' Names

Please note: - Each applicant must be recommended to the ASTW by two (2) Full writer members. - You must contact both sponsors to ask them to sponsor your application before submitting the online application form. - Sponsors must have known you for at least 12 months and will be contacted by the Secretariat to substantiate your application.

2. Supporting Documentation

All new writer members, except editors, will initially be Associate Writer members. Please use the UPLOAD buttons below to upload evidence of published/broadcast/online output in the past twelve (12) months prior to application. Business cards, pdfs of published work and other supporting evidence (such as letters on letterhead) must be scanned and uploaded.
Permitted file formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG and GIF (Maximum 2MB each).

The information presented here is a full and accurate summary of my published/broadcast travel-related material for the past six months. I understand that the joining fee is non-refundable but if my application is rejected the membership fee will be refunded in full. If admitted to the ASTW, I agree to be bound by the ASTW constitution and to observe and uphold the ASTW's code of ethics.
