Join us for a hands-on cooking class featuring fabulous Australian seafood at Sydney Seafood School located at the world-famous Sydney Fish Market.
The event will commence with a welcome drink and seafood canapés followed by a briefing on the development plans for the new Sydney Fish Market including an overview of the spectacular new building design.
Next, learn to perfect the art of making paella, the classic Spanish seafood rice dish, ideal for casual entertaining. After a demonstration, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and recreate the dish in small groups with guidance from the presenter and assistants. Finally, enjoy the fruits of your labour with matched wine in the Sydney Seafood School dining room.
