Petchaburi is an old city in central Thailand, bordering Myanmar on the west and the Gulf of Thailand on the east. It is home to Thailand’s largest national park – Kaeng Krachan, which is known for its rich flora and fauna and a great destination for hiking and camping. Our tour of the region will first visit a local fishing village before learning about the coastal environment at Laem Pak Bia Royal Project and then exploring the diverse wildlife and greenery of the national park. In the evening, we will wander through the night markets of nearby Hua Hin, spending a night there, before taking a ferry across the Gulf of Thailand to Pattaya to see the beautiful temple and the Sanctuary of Truth i.e. a wooden structure, every inch of which is completely covered in carved woods.
